Xbook photobook software can only operate within a Windows operating system. We will however update this section if and when this option becomes available.

Otherwise on any of the main pages within the website there is a “Download Free Software” button, once again you will be guided through the process, it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes and you’re on your way. You only need to go through the installation stage once, for any additional albums you wish to design and order simply click on the Xbook icon now on your desktop. Upgrade message, what is that? With every activation of the Xbook photobook software an automatic check will be preformed for any new software updates ( for this you need to access the internet) . We work very hard to regularly upgrade our software so that you may enjoy your future Xbook albums even more.
How long does it take to upload my completed album? Every Xbook album is unique in so many ways, and each internet connection differs from the other therefore this is a complicated question to answer. However, the following might give you an idea of what to expect: ADSL internet connection speed of 512/128 + file size of 50Mb = 20 minutes upload time.
My upload was interrupted, what do I do? If your internet connection, or your computer failed somewhere during the process of uploading your completed album file there is no need to worry! Simply send the order through once again, the process will continue from the exact point it got cut off.
Where can I find a saved photobook file? By default the editor creates a folder in the "My Documents" folder on your computer, called "My Xbook" and within that directory all your projects are stored. If you wish to nominate a different path during installation, your albums may be stored in a different location on your hard disk.

You can find out more about the software within the help file of the software itself, if you still require further assistance please contact us via support@xbook.com.au or you can visit our support solution center at support.xbook.com.au |
